On-line Registration/Pre-Registration will be open through Wednesday, June 10th.
RELAYS: Only Adults can do relays (16 y/o and Up). Team Captains required! The Team Captain will sign up the Team as an obvious Team name (i.e. "Team Speed" or "WeTriHard", etc...). This will the Timing Company separate the Relay Results from Individual Results. ALL RELAY MEMBERS MUST HAVE A USAT 1-DAY OR 1-YEAR PASS!!
Technically, a 16 and 17 y/o could do a Relay Leg (Swim, Bike, or Run) for the Adult Race and then ALSO do the Individual Youth Race in the 13-17 y/o category.
Packet Pick-Up will be Friday, June 12th from 6-8 pm and on the morning of the race from 5:30 - 6:30 am at Specht park, Fairview, OK
Late Registration at packet pick up from 6-8 pm. NO RACE DAY REGISTRATIONS.
Pre-registration fee is $30 for youth (under 18) and $50 for adults (18 and up) through May 16th.
After May 16th, the registration fee is $35 for youth and $55 for adults through June 10th.
After June 10th, the registration fee is $40 for youth and $60 for adults.
RACE SERIES DISCOUNT: Enid Stampede (September 5th) and Fairview (June 13th) Youth and Adult Triathlon Series
Adults: $90 ($10 discount)
Youth: $30
RACE SHIRTS
Pre-registered racers (by May 31st) will receive short sleeved t-shirt at packet pickup. Registrations that take place after May 31st will receive shirts
as supplies last following the race.
Late registrations (after June10th) may not receive a race shirt.
Race shirts not picked up will be released to late registrants following the race.
AWARDS
All participants will receive a Finisher's Medal!
Adult Awards as age divisions are filled. Youth Awards ceremony following Youth race. Awards to Top Finishers Overall Male and Female Adult and Youth (excluded from age group awards).
Awards to Top Finishers, Male and Female, in each age category:
6-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13-17, 18-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60+
Awards for Top 3 Relay Teams!
Awards MUST be picked up by winners following the race. They will NOT be mailed and finishers will not be able to pick up someone else’s award this year.
No exceptions!!
TIMING AND SCORING
Timing will be provided by Oklahoma Outside (OKC)
Chip ankle straps will be distributed on the morning of the race. Race bibs will be included in the race packets.
REFUNDS
Because of Race Costs and Logistics, there are no refunds once you have completed registration
YOUR RACING AGE IS YOUR AGE AS OF DECEMBER 31, 2020
Example: If your child is 5 y/o on race day, but their birthday is between the Race Day and December 31st, then register them as 6 y/o
